Coaching is an on-going professional relationship, oriented towards the coachee’s goals and objectives, which helps to produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses and organizations. This professional relationship is developed through several meetings and sessions, in which is essential to respect the coachee’s agenda and historical references, and to ensure confidentiality throughout the whole process.

The Coaching process is aimed to deepen the coachee’s knowledge of him/herself and to achieve the desired change. It is oriented towards action, producing a more open learning, and also performance and quality of life improvements.

At each meeting / session the coachee chooses a goal, while the coach listens, makes comments, asks questions and gives feedback. This interaction generates reflection, creates clarity and leads to action.

The Coaching process is focused on the coachee’s objectives. Coaching will also provide awareness by making the coachee evaluate his/her’s present reality, and responsibility by making the coachee come forth on what he/she is willing to do to in order to achieve the objective.
